1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can remember information on your device. This policy uses “cookies” to describe these technologies together.
2. Cookies Ministrio uses
Ministrio currently uses essential cookies needed to provide the service. These may include:
- Authentication cookies that keep you signed in and refresh your secure session;
- Security cookies used to protect accounts, validate requests and prevent misuse;
- Preference storage used to remember choices you request, such as organisation or campus context;
- Payment-session cookies set by Stripe when you choose to open its checkout or billing portal.
Essential cookies are used because they are necessary to provide a service you request or to secure that service. Disabling them may prevent sign-in, billing or other core functionality.
3. Analytics and advertising
Ministrio’s in-product engagement reports use authenticated service records, such as resource views and completions. They do not require non-essential analytics cookies and are not cross-site tracking. Ministrio does not currently use advertising cookies. If we introduce optional website analytics, personalisation or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and request valid consent before using them where required.
4. Managing cookies
You can inspect, block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may sign you out or stop parts of Ministrio from working. If a consent control is introduced for optional cookies, you will be able to reject them as easily as accepting them and withdraw consent later.
5. Third-party services
Supabase supports authentication and service infrastructure, and Stripe provides checkout and billing-portal services. Those providers may set cookies when their functionality is used. Their own privacy and cookie information applies to processing they control independently.
6. Changes and contact
